Receiving Tickets: 

All online tickets are immediately allocated and to be picked up at the venue at time of entry.

Please refer to the relevant event page at www.monstertrucks.net.au for ticket pick-up times and locations.

Ticket Holder:

The “Ticket Holder” is the person collecting tickets. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of someone, please insert the details for the person responsible for picking up the tickets on the day of the show as the “Ticket Holder”.

Ticket Holder Pick-up Identification:

All ticket holders must present identification upon receiving tickets. Photo identification will be required, such as a driver’s license or passport.

Weather:

The show may continue even in the event of inclement weather.

A rain-out date maybe set aside for this show. Please refer to the relevant event page at www.monstertrucks.net.au for details.

Refunds:

This Booking is non-refundable.
